Commercial Real Estate Seminars offers over 35 different Continuing Education Courses, specifically related to commercial real estate at a number of locations, including public venues, local Realtor Associations, private real estate brokerages and commercial real estate-related professional Associations. 

Current clients for whom we are privileged to provide Commercial Continuing Education (CE) classes for include:   Central Arizona CCIM Chapter, Prescott Area Commercial Group, Southeast Area Regional Association of Realtors, Southern Arizona CCIM Chapter, West Maricopa Association of Realtors, NAI Horizon, Arizona Business Brokers Association, Old Republic Title Insurance Company and the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors..

The mission of Commercial Real Estate Seminars is to provide “The Best Real Estate Education To Increase Your Earnings” and we strive to meet that goal every time we teach a Course. We teach Courses that are content-rich with the goal of providing practical knowledge and skills that will assist the licensee in earning more commissions and fees.

Licensees holding a Salesperson or Associate Broker license are required to take 24 hours of Continuing Education every 24 months as a condition of Real Estate License Renewal. Licensees must complete one 3-hour Course in each of the following required categories: Agency Law, Commissioner’s Standards, Contract Law, Disclosure, Fair Housing and Real Estate Legal Issues. Licensees may then take up to two 3-hour Courses in the General category to complete the 24-hour requirement.

New Broker Applicants, Self-Employed Brokers, Designated Brokers and Associate Brokers with Delegated Duties are required to take 30 hours of Continuing Education every 24 months which includes three, 3-hour Broker Managment Clinics.

Commercial Real Estate Seminars is the only real estate school in Arizona that currently offers all three of the Broker Management Clinics that are specifically designed for and applicable to commercial real estate licensees

The owner of Commercial Real Estate Seminars, A. Patrick Sheahan, is an experienced commercial real estate Broker and has instructed commercial real estate courses for over fifteen years. Mr. Sheahan also owns and is the Designated Broker for Berry & Doyle, LLC www.berrydoyle.com  and specializes in representing National and Regional tenants in their store location and leasing efforts. Berry & Doyle, LLC has been privileged to serve H & R Block Tax Services, Baskin Robbins, America’s Best Eyeglasses & Contacts, Humana Healthcare, Southwest Dental Group, Domino’s Pizza, UPS Stores, Red Mango Yogurt, Pizza Patron, Wingstop, Copper Star Medical Equipment and other national and regional firms.

REFUND POLICY-We do not refund prepaid Class, Course or Seminar Fees. If you decide to cancel a Class, Course of Seminar Fees you will be able to utilize prepaid Fees against any Classes, Courses or Seminars you take within the next two years. After the two-year period, any unused credits will expire.
